Northern Oil Refinery Modules erected
J.J. Richards / April 12, 2013
After arriving in Gladstone Harbour in the middle of last week, the ship bearing the 16 modules making up the Northern Oil Refinery (NOR) plant has been unloaded and the modules erected on the site at Yarwun near Gladstone. With near perfect conditions, the NOR team worked tirelessly over the weekend to receive and stand the plant, with the help of a 400 tonne crane and it’s 100 tonne sister.
The NOR project is a partnership between Southern Oil Refineries and J.J Richards and Sons.
